While there are other scriptures that represent where I am on my journey and in my current place of reflection and discernment, I think this scripture holds a moment of illumination for me personally. I've gone on to use it as a focus with much of my work with young people. When I read it, I am freed from the thought of being held accountable in this world to what others think or is thought to be a secular norm, but inspired and "given persmission" to move into living and acting upon my presence and call within the kingdom of God here on earth. In seeking God's will, I found clarity in my life. Praise be to God! Peggy O'Neil-Files
