As we fully embrace our new online directory, we want to assure you that the safety and security of your personal information is our top priority. The Church Center directory is designed to be a private, secure space exclusively for our church family to connect.

• To start, accessing the platform itself is highly secure: Church Center accounts are protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) upon sign-in, and the secure login session is active for up to 14 days.

  • What does this mean? It means that when you log in to Church Center after a period of inactivity you will be asked to provide a 6-digit code emailed or texted to you to log in again.

• The most important security feature remains your control: no information is ever shared without your explicit consent. You decide exactly what details—like your phone number or email—you want to share with other members, ensuring you maintain full control over your privacy at all times.

  • What does this mean? Church Center offers each of us a range of privacy options: from no directory access to full visibility, you decide what is shared with others.

To uphold a high level of security and build trust in this new platform, we've implemented a strict access process for directory access. You must formally request permission from a church administrator to gain initial access to the directory. This crucial step prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing our community data. Once you are approved and logged in, you can then choose which personal and household information you wish to share, making the directory a secure, opt-in connection tool.
