Investing in UCC Norwell ensures that our mission continues to impact lives both locally and globally, our hearts continue to be lifted in song and held in prayer, our children continue to be nurtured in faith, and that together, we continue to work toward a more just and loving world in service to Jesus Christ.

INVESTING IN COMMUNITY, IMPACTING LIVES

UCC Norwell relies entirely on annual pledges and donations generously given by members and friends to support the transformative work of our ministries. Making a pledge is a way to become a sustaining ministry partner, committing to give a weekly, monthly or annual dollar amount to strengthen the spiritual community and mission that is UCC Norwell.

Pledges and donations to UCC Norwell are tax-deductible and confidential. If you contribute online, your information is secure through our online donation portal Church Center. Read more here about Church Center’s security measures and compliance.

Ways to give

Online

UCC Norwell is transitioning from Vanco to our new secure giving provider Church Center. All new online donations must be made through Church Center beginning August 18, 2025. All existing 2025 recurring pledges that are paid online must be transitioned to Church Center by September 30, 2025. Individuals who give online on a recurring basis may email Steve Burke with questions. If you give by check or cash, no action is needed on your part, however the easiest way to contribute to the United Church of Christ Norwell is online, either as a one-time gift or a recurring payment (or pledge) through Church Center. In addition to making an unrestricted donation, you can also direct your contribution toward specific funds and projects.

By check

You may mail a check payable to United Church of Christ Norwell to:

United Church of Christ Norwell
PO BOX 501
Norwell, MA 02061

Through a donor-advised fund

If you have established a donor-advised fund, you may recommend a one-time or recurring grant, which will then be electronically forwarded to the church. If your gift is for a specific purpose or fund, please include that in the memo field.

With a stock gift

Contributions of stocks or securities may have tax benefits for the donor. For instructions regarding making a stock gift, please email Steve Burke, the Director of Finance & Operations.

Through planned giving

Making plans now benefits not only our current congregation but future members of the United Church of Christ Norwell and allows our church to remain a Christ-centered, inclusive community for many decades to come.
