A lifelong member of the UCC, Leanne holds a degree in Religious Studies from Bowdoin College and a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Boston University School of Theology in their Transformational Leadership program, where she’s diving deeper into how churches can navigate change with courage, clarity, and purpose.

Lindsay Albert, Minister of Music
Lindsay is thrilled to join the community of UCC Norwell as Minister of Music. An accomplished pianist and music director with over two decades of experience, she has worked in churches, schools, opera companies, and musical theater programs internationally and across the Boston area. As a recital pianist, Lindsay has found her niche in solo voice repertoire—including art song, opera, and musical theatre—while also accompanying choirs, directing musical programs, coaching singers, and teaching piano to students of all ages.
Faith has been central to Lindsay’s musical journey since her upbringing in the Lutheran ELCA church, where music was both a spiritual practice and a source of fellowship. She has carried this foundation into her work as a performer, using music to build connections and community. Lindsay holds a B.A. in French and Music from Boston College and an M.M. from the Longy School of Music, where she specialized in collaborative piano performance.
A dedicated teacher, Lindsay is passionate about helping students discover their voice with confidence and presence. She believes the qualities of great performers—commitment, mindfulness, integrity, consistency, and compassion—are also the guiding principles of a meaningful life.
When not at the piano, Lindsay finds her greatest inspiration in her family and her lifelong yoga practice. She lives in Jamaica Plain with her husband, Juan Carlos, and their two daughters.

jenny healy, Children's + Family Minister
jenny is a teacher and a student, a gardener and a bread baker, a quilter and a writer, a mum, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an auntie, a disciple, a friend. While church was mostly absent from her life growing up, she always had this deep longing for and connection to Jesus. As an adult about to have her first child, jenny started going to church regularly. There, she found a spiritual home and the language to describe what she’d been feeling inside for so long.
Working with children has always been at the center of jenny’s heart, from her early babysitting days to college field work and summer jobs, to teaching at The Home for Little Wanderers and a paid position at her home church. jenny loves the hard questions, loves the mess, loves the connection building. jenny loves partnership with children as they explore the joys and responsibilities of being the hands and feet of Christ in this world and what it means to be God’s beloved, created in God’s image.
jenny loves this work, and she is honored to walk beside others all during this time.
Also, jenny loves berry picking, especially strawberries.

Eddie Rosado, Youth Minister
He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1977 and was raised as a church-going Catholic, attending Catholic school through most of his early education. During his high school years, he transferred to another school, graduating a year early in 1994. After spending some time discerning his path, he attended Universidad Metropolitana in Cupey, Puerto Rico from 1996 to 1998, completing 75 credits toward a degree in Marketing. During that season, he began to feel a strong call to serve his country.
In 2000, after further reflection and searching, he joined the United States Coast Guard. What began as a step of faith grew into a fulfilling career. He attended electrician school later that year and continued advancing through training, deployments, and leadership opportunities. In 2017, he was honored to become a Naval Engineer Warrant Officer.
That same year, following a transfer from Gulfport, Mississippi, to Boston, his lovely wife, Rachel, and he found UCC Norwell. They officially became members in 2019 and quickly felt at home in this faith community with their two children Ava and Ian.
In the later years of his Coast Guard career, he discovered that his greatest joy came from mentoring young engineers—supporting both their professional growth and personal development. When Pastor Peter departed, he felt God calling him to bring that same passion for mentorship into the life of their church, particularly in serving their youth.
He has been serving as a Youth Ministry advisor for the past three years and looks forward to continuing to lead and support this ministry for years to come, with God’s guidance. Watching his own children grow in faith through their youth programs has been a powerful blessing and has reinforced his commitment to this work. His goal is to support and nurture the youth of UCC Norwell as he would his own children, helping build a strong, Christ-centered community that will continue for generations to come.
