South Shore Habitat celebrates 40th anniversary

January 6, 2026 marked South Shore Habitat for Humanity’s (SSH) 40th anniversary. The South Shore chapter of Habitat was founded in 1986 by members of UCC Norwell who recognized a need within the community for affordable housing. Throughout the year, SSH will be celebrating their history with words from those who have made the organization what it is today. Please use this form (link PDF) to contribute a story or memory. Learn more about SSH through Jacob's story, also featured below.
