Get a sneak peek of Church Center: our new communication tool

Have you heard? In the coming months our congregation will start using a new communication tool called Church Center!

What is Church Center?

It is an app developed for smart phones and a web-based tool available on your laptop or desktop computer that will allow our church to communicate easily with one another and manage church-based events and activities. It will allow our congregation to access church information, register for events, donate and make pledges, join groups, and manage the directory.

Where are we in the process?

Right now, we are in the training stage. Members of our Finance Committee, Mission + Outreach, and Ministry Teams are working alongside staff to learn how to set up Church Center so that we get the most benefit from it. We hired a migration expert, Chris Denning, from PCOGuru. Chris is, well, the guru of all things Planning Center, the program that plans everything that goes into making Church Center an easy-to-use tool for the congregation!

What is Project Abide?

We’ve named the launch of Church Center, our new communication tool, “Project Abide: A church-wide initiative to stay connected.” Inspired by Jesus' words in John 15, Church Center will help us stay connected to one another and to the life of our church, allowing us to grow together in His love and community.
